Race: Apparently human.

Age: Unknown exactly, medical exam indicates at least late twenties.

General appearance: About 5'10", ~180 pounds, long hair that's either dark
	brown or black, grey eyes. 
	Dresses in dark clothing, usually black, grey or blue, usually wears a
	large loose hooded cloak over it.

Personal history: Unknown, appears to not actually know much of it.

Weapon/combat proficiencies: Carries a six to seven foot long fighting staff
and were it not for his very pacifistic attitude and use of it only in
defensive situations could be dubbed lethally proficient with that weapon; in
fact refuses to even call it a weapon, "more of a tool of focus."  Easily the
equal and possibly superior of any Jihaddi, human or otherwise, in the use of
a fighting staff or other polearm-type weapon.
	Hand-to-hand ability: Unknown, though very likely given profficiency 
 		with the staff.
	Large and small arms: Totally unknown, refuses to even pick up any  
		sort of technological weaponry.
	Other misc. technology:  At least passing familiarity with computer
		systems of numerous types, conjectured ability to learn  
		in-depth knowledge easily.
	Psi ability: None apparent; telepathic probe was in no way blocked, but
		returned amazingly little, almost as if it went right
		through him.  Some form of wild, unquantifiable psi ability
		is a possible explanation for the ability with the staff though.
	Magical ability: A unique ability to detect and evade magical traps and 
		such, but no apparent ability to actively manipulate magic.
		Though uncommon, such traits have been observed in other humans.
	
Analysis: Upon cursory examination, Fireball seems absentminded in the
extreme, almost as if he exists and thinks on a moment-to-moment basis.  It's
not that he actually forgets certain things he appears to, it just doesn't
seem to matter much.  Further conversation however reveals a unique balance
and focus about him.  There's an odd knowing sort of look in his eyes,
probability is good that he's very highly intelligent, unconventional as the
manifestation of that intelligence may be.  Because of this odd mental focus
on the current moment, his claim that he doesn't remember his past is likely
true after a fashion; similarly, when questioned about his remarkable skill
with his staff, his usual answer is "It's just a matter of knowing where to
put it" or something similar.  His reasons for joining the Jihad remain
unclear, as do Second Consulate DragonFyr's reasons for admitting him; reasons
comprehensible to us all, however, are not strictly required.
